We had a growler of kefir explode in our dining room at about 4 am last night. For those who don’t know what kefir is just imagine a growler of beer exploding. Glass exploded out about 15′ in every available direction. Kefir didn’t spray quite as far but was still a huge mess at half a gallon. Now imagine how much fun this was… at 4 am. 🙁
